Embrace the Darkness

Greetings everyone, we trust that you are all keeping safe and well? Owner and i have been feeling a little out of sorts the past few days. We have also been quietly fuming at the double standards that made it completely OK for the Prime Minister of the UK's chief advisor to break coronavirus lockdown rules not once, not twice but three times without consequence whilst the rest of us plebs have all struggled and obeyed. Hey ho, that's what we get when the nation votes in a charlatan and his chums i guess.

On a lighter note we have both been continuing to exercise daily and we are now the proud owners of two pairs of exercise steps to which i can attest that combining cardio with weights and steps is quite a killer workout routine. Owner has also made a few delicious cheesecakes lately, which were super tasty but have probably undone whatever good the exercisises have been doing :). i have been pottering in what counts as our garden, the small rectangle of concrete at the front of the building near the bins which i have been attempting to brighten with pots, planters and flowers.

But the bank holiday weekend ended on a bit of a high with the completion of our weekly photoshoot. This week the theme was 'Goth'. It quickly became apparent that i do not have many/any outfits that could even loosely be described as being Goth but Owner sprung to the rescue, lending me some clothes from Her collection to wear. The results you can see for yourself below;

Owner also created a little this little video montage complete with appropriately 'dark' music

Music: Extract from “Sneaky”, by Max Tune, https://taketones.com/track/sneaky, used under freeCC

Next weekend's photoshoot will be on the theme of 'Super Heroine' - which promises to be fun.

Take care everyone.

Dear Poppet,

you look absolutely divine as a goth, I'm sure that while you've put that together with the help of your owner I'd like to encourage you to embrace your dark side, I'm sure you could be quite a dark moody goth slut for your Owner.

You need some spiked heels on there dear. May I enquire if you are in stockings or tights? I like having billie in stockings as it allows me so much more access for fun and I really do like the look of that outfit for some fun.

keep up the good work and please pass on my regards to Owner.

Kind Regards

Madam Alice

What spooky music!! (I got sooo scared!!)
I hope Owner takes out Her political frustrations on your little bottom.
Which I hope is getting toned better with that stair machine!!
(Hmm, I may need one myself here, lol!)

Madam Alice - Many thanks for your lovely comment which i read out to Owner. We both love the Goth style and i had originally planned to wear a much shorter black skirt (i obviously prefer short ones to long ones) but we realised i did not have a top to go with it so we improvised with me wearing what is actually one of Owners dresses, turned into a skirt and Her top which amazingly fits me - even though i am size 12/14 and She is an 8! i love the accessories Owner leant to me which i think really helped to finish the outfit off

i was wearing hold-ups with a lace trim top which can't be seen under the long skirt, i am not a great fan of tights, i much prefer stockings or hold-ups - in part because they are so much easier to put on as well as leaving things more accessible as you say. i did used to have a pair of lovely spiked heels but then i had a lot of problems with my back about seven years ago (i literally could not walk for a few months) and so Owner banned them on health and safety grounds. However, my back is now fully recovered (i had 2 slipped discs) thanks to daily exercises and i have started wearing heels again, though none that were suitable for the outfit. i would actually love a pair of thigh length heeled boots.

Thank you again for the lovely comment and regards to billie, hope you are both keeping well?

Hi sara - thank you, i can really recommend getting some steps, ours is not the machine, just a single exercise step to use in conjunction with cardio, weights or barre exercises. It is a little thing but you can really 'feel the burn' using it!

i hope the music was not too scary! Take care

No one cares about your lefty political views. Just concentrate on being a sissy.
