(Tit) Weight Training and Stretching

No, i do not mean going down to the gym and pumping iron! What do you take me for? That would, i am sure, never be seen by Owner as an acceptable reason to allow me out of Her house (besides i have some dumbbells and a kettle bell at home). No, the weight training i am talking about are weights that are suspended from my pierced tits.

i have mentioned before that something that is important to Owner is my ability to tolerate pain. She enjoys inflicting it and expects me to be good at tolerating it. It is, after all, the reason for my weekly caning. It provides Her with an enjoyable end of week activity and an opportunity for me to get better at learning to tolerate discomfort.

However, my butt (and the backs of my thighs) are not the only part of my body expected to be able to endure discomfort. My breasts and nipples are too. Indeed, the latter are now relatively big and puffy as a consequence of years of abuse, both deliberate; in the form of piercing, clamps (both with and without weights), canings etc and accidental; specifically the time when i tore my right nipple in half when my bracelet caught in my nipple ring as i was vigorously toweling myself dry post-shower whilst staying at Owners parents. i tore the ring clean out of my tit and left my right nipple fully split in half. Ouch! It took a while for the nipple to heal back together, it was quite literally split down the middle.

But that was then. With tit healed, re-pierced and fully healed i can, once again, safely resume tit training with weights. i now have a daily (weekdays only) regimen of tit training/stretching using weights. 

First off, each morning when Owner leaves the house at 6.30am for Her daily walk around the park i set about sweeping all of the floors in the flat. i do it at this time so as not to annoy Owner by getting in Her way. However, before i start to sweep the floors 200g of weight is suspended from each one of my nipples using S hooks. Like this:

All floors swept i then position myself naked at the top of the stairs with Owners favourite paddle ready to greet Her return home, still with tit weights attached. These are only removed and put away after i have kissed Owners shoes in greeting and She has paddled my backside and caged clit.

However, the floors need more than a daily sweep. They also need mopping. This happens once a week. i used to do this at the weekend but doing so annoyed Owner as i got in Her way and disrupted whatever She was doing. This created a dilemma. One the one hand Owner rightly expected i should regularly mop the floors, however, my doing so annoyed Her. The solution i arrived at was to sweep and mop the floors on a weekday when Owner had to go into the office and i was working from home, which i usually am.

So, on days that i both sweep and mop my tits are also stretched with weights. However, an additional iron bell also hangs suspended from my piercings, bringing the combined weight hanging from my tits to over half a kilogram. The hanging bell swings and clanks noisily as i sweep and mop, giving my tits a proper workout.

i wonder what the neighbours think is causing the clanging sound upstairs? 

Then there is Thursday and the time i spend every Thursday evening locked inside the dog cage, gagged and with my ankles and wrists chained. My tits are again stretched with weights and the same iron bell suspended from my piercings using S hooks. However, a heavy solid metal chain is also hung from my tits as well

In total 1kg of weight hangs down from my stretched and straining teets. 

The weights definitely serve to focus my attention and discourage movement that might set them swinging and straining as i kneel chained and drooling (from the horse bit gag) in the darkness. The exception, of course, are the times when Owner comes through and spanks or caresses my butt, caged clit and pussy. Then i cannot help but try and spread my legs and wiggle my bum and swing the weights in hyper-aroused excitement.

Training my tits with weights this way helps with my ability to tolerate pain and discomfort whilst continuing to complete my household chores and act as a slut, also things that are extremely important to Owner. It also means that my stretched out tits and i spend the remainder of the day feeling wonderfully  aroused and in heat, whilst i remain frustrated and denied. Such sweet torment! i am indeed a very, very lucky slut.

A New Morning Routine

On weekdays Owner likes to go for a walk around our local park before She starts work, assuming of course that She is working from home. This gave me an idea.

Owner rightly expects that i keep Her home clean and tidy at all times. For this i have a daily cleaning routine that i maintain. Whilst the kitchen and bathroom floors get swept and mopped daily the floors of all the other rooms only get swept and mopped once a week. In this time hair and dust accumulates which i spot vacuum periodically.

However, Owner hates noise and disturbance. She likes peace and quiet and not being disturbed. This is one of the reasons that i always need Her permission before speaking to Her. Then yesterday a very obvious idea occurred to me. Why don't i use the time She is on Her morning walk more productively and use it to sweep all of the floors and the staircase. Doing this each weekday, when She is on Her walk, will help keep Her home clean whilst also avoiding disturbing Her.

After i had my idea i ran it past Owner to see if She approved. She shot back with a question, wasn't the time She was out when i practiced my Spanish? Actually, i have usually finished Spanish practice by then and, even if not, there ought to still be sufficient time to sweep all the floors before She returned.

At present i don't put the time when She is on Her walk is to productive use as i should, using it to go online. Cleaning would be much more productive. When done i could then await Her return in my greeting position. Kneeling naked ready to welcome Her home by kissing Her feet and handing Her my mobile for safe keeping and the remote control unit to the electro device secured around my clit (worn all day on Fridays).

To cut a long story short Owner approved my suggestion and so a constructive new routine has been added to my weekday schedule. This Friday was the first day this new routine was implemented. Owner showed Her happiness and approval by immediately electrocuting me. How i love Her!
