The downside of living in a city of London is that most of the houses and apartments are not designed or built with a heatwave in mind, especially the large stock of older buildings. The house in which Owner and i have a flat in the top floor was built over one hundred years ago. The minute the temperature outside climbs so too does the temperature inside. It is soon quite unpleasant when you have no garden, are working from home with the thermometer past 30 degrees indoors and the fan blasting warm air in your face.
On the plus side, at the end of this week we are getting some air conditioning installed, but in the meantime we sweat. The only way to survive is to make sure that, come the evening you get your caged clitty cooled by a good fan, as i am doing in the picture below:

And that you dress appropriately when preparing meals and doing housework - furry butt plug optional of course :)

But, heat or no heat there is no excuse for not getting in a bit of deepthroat practice when commanded to do so by your Owner whilst watching TV together
So yes, the heat may be uncomfortable, but there is no excuse for slacking off or not being the slut you are.
Meanwhile, we both cannot wait for the air conditioning to be installed.

Standards must be maintained Dear, even in the heat.
There are times when wearing the Maids uniform has not been the most comfortable, and I've gone to wearing Suspender belts and Bras rather than the more all encompassing shapewear.

Evening billie - they must be maintained at all times, you are quite right. Wouldn't fancy being in shapewear in that heatwave so glad you were allowed to slip into something more comfortable.
