Someone recently asked me if Owner and i were still maintaining the morning greeting ritual that we established as a means of me displaying my submission to Her whilst, at the same time She demonstrates Her authority over me. The answer is, yes, absolutely.
My morning greeting ritual has come to be my favourite moments of the day. It is both an opportunity to re-affirm my submission to Owner, but also to pause and reflect and to honour Her. In return, i am physically reminded of Owner's authority over me.
The ritual consists of five parts and it typically commences at about 6.40-6.45am on a weekday when Owner leaves the house to go for Her early morning walk around the local park.
Part one - the departure
This part lasts only a few seconds but sees me at the window, curtains pulled back, waving goodbye to Owner as She leaves the flat and heads up the street to the park. Owner always acknowledges my wave with a wave back of Her own as She pauses and looks up at me, Her wife, waving from the window, before She sets off on foot up the hill.
Part two - the floor sweep
As soon as Owner has departed i set about sweeping the floors, starting first in the lounge and then working from room to room through the flat. Each room is swept, as too is the staircase leading down to the front door. The expectation is that, upon Her return to Her home Owner should find the floors spotless.
Part three - the message
Whilst She is out, walking around the park, Owner is able to observe me at work via the surveillance camera. At some point as i am sweeping i will often suddenly hear Her voice through the camera. This is my queue to pause what i am doing and present myself to Her by curtsying in front of the camera's ever watchful gaze before speaking with Her. Sometimes Owner takes a photo of me using the surveillance camera.
Part four - the wait
Having swept and tidied i then strip naked and position myself at the top of the staircase that leads down to the front door of Her flat in readiness for Owners return. i place Her favourite leather paddle and my mobile phone on the floor in front of me and then complete seventy-five squats, to exercise my glutes, before settling down on my haunches, legs parted and palms resting open on my thighs. open pose style. i then stay like that and wait.

Part five - the greeting
This is the final and most important part of the ritual.
As Owner opens the door to the flat i raise my arms and wave at Her in greeting. Then, after She has shut the door behind Her and started Her ascent up the staircase into the flat i pick-up the paddle and my mobile phone and hold them out in front of me for Her to take from me when She reaches the top stair.
Then, as She steps off the final stair into the corridor i bend forwards, tilting at the hips and kiss and lick Her shoes in greeting. First one, then the other.

As i am prostrating myself and kissing Her feet Owner uses the paddle to beat me, sometimes striking me on my buttocks, sometimes striking between my parted legs to beat my vulnerable labia plums, sometimes a combination of both.
That is our morning weekday ritual, one that happens every working day, whatever the weather, unless one of us has to go into the office. It does not matter if it is teaming with rain outside, Owner will still go for Her walk. All it means is that, when She returns and i greet Her in my usual style i can feel the dampness of Her footwear against my my lips and tongue, taste the grit of the mud on Her shoes as She beats me. If truth be told i actually quite like kissing Owners shoes when they are muddy!
Anyway, the above routine is how Owner and i start most working days. It is a routine that we have both come to love. A reminder at the start of the day of my submission to Her and of Her authority over me. A ritual that sets us up for the day to come.
