Sex Rooms, Exercises and the Glorious 16th

Owner and i have been watching the Netflix TV series How to Build a Sex Room. It is an interesting and entertaining watch as the presenter, British interior designer Melanie Rose, creates purpose-built 'sex rooms' for a series of fortunate couples and poly-families in (i think) Denver, Colorado. 

The series has sparked interesting discussions between us with Owner saying how much She would like to have a cage in which She could lock me up. i'd love that too, especially if it had a queening seat built in for Her to use. When a sybian sex machine featured in  one of the episodes Owner turned and said She could imagine how much i would like that. i confess the idea of being fucked endlessly by a machine, anally or orally (perhaps whilst in the cage), makes me wet just thinking about it!

Unfortunately, our flat is quite small, although we do have a small 'box' room so who knows, maybe we could.....remodel?  If any readers have a recommendation for a good 'collapse-able' cage i could suggest to Owner that i could get for Her, one that would be easy to store, then please drop me a line or comment below.

i mentioned in my previous post about my new exercise regime. In reality it is an old regime of mine that i have re-started in my effort to trim my waist and build my butt - it already paying dividends as Owner keeps groping my arse :) i also need to exercise my back and core to avoid a return of the back issues i have had in the past - i experienced two slipped discs about 12 years ago which left me unable to walk for a few months.

In case anyone is interested my routine divides into 2. There is a lighter routine that i do on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and then a more intensive regime on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Each regime comprises of the following

Lighter Regime

Warm-up 

5 x 5 seconds each of the following: Cobra, sphynx, superman, upward facing dog, prone arm/leg lift

20 x alternate leg crunch

80 second plank

20 second child pose

Main exercise

20 x cross-leg lunge with 5kg weight

20 x squat with 5kg weight

20 x 5-second  bridge hold with 5kg weight

50 x Russian twists with 5kg weight

100 x bicycles 

Intensive Regime

Warm-Up

Same as above

Main Exercise

20 x cross-leg lunge with 12.3kg weight

20 x squat with 12.3kg weight

20 x 5-second bridge hold with 12.3kg weight

20 x single leg lift

20 x frog pump

20 x scissors

50 x Russian twists with 5kg weight

100 x bicycles

50 x bicycle crunches

20 x side bend with 12.3kg 

50 x 12.3kg kettlebell swing

i do my weekday exercises at 6am, just before breakfast and then at the weekend i do them late morning. Owner often exercises with me at the weekend. This was me earlier this week

Anyway, enough about exercises. i am not, after all, Jane Fonda!

Today is the 16th of the month which is always a 'big' day as it means it is dice day. This morning, after a breakfast glass of Owners' piss to start the weekend the chastity and outdoor challenge dice were ceremoniously rolled. The outcome? Well, after 2 months in full-time chastity i am being moved to a one week on and one-week off regime for the next 2 months.

Then for my outdoor challenge i will be heading to a local supermarket later today in a dress and high heels. We are in the midst of a heatwave in London so i am thinking summer dress and pink-heeled sandals might be the most weather appropriate outfit to wear. i am quite excited at the prospect and will update later on how i got on.

Nice exercises! Sorry about your back before. So, why is your most recommended butt exercise? I think I need my grabbed more!

Hi SaraE - i think the best of those for butt building are the reverse lunges and the bridges. People always talk about squats, which are also good, but i think those are more effective.

Morning P,
we have a large dog cage that we have used occasionally. the cage has a door at the side and the end and when not required it will fold flat and can be tucked away under a bed - easy to explain when you have a visitor
"Oh we look after a neighbours dog when they go away with work ....."

The heavy duty cage isn't heavy in weight but is easy to move and put up. if you size depending on what you want to use it for - bigger if it is for sleeping and keeping you in overnight. Or slightly smaller if you want to be kept in a kneeling exposed position.

Note - the floor can be hard on the knees so put in some good foam matting or a thick quilt/dog mat/ blanket.
The cage frame is easy to attach fixing clips for wrist and ankle restraints. Also a set of light chains with clips to a dog collar can hold your head in an appropriate position.
It is also possible to get a couple of dildos or vibrators and with a bit of creativity you can be contained, immobilised and filled at both ends. (add a cheap tens unit and things get interesting.

Thanks billie. Something like this is what we may end up getting but ideally we would like something that also has some padding on top so that we can use as a spanking bench and which can also incorporate a queening seat - but still be lightweight/collapsible etc, etc. Not sure such a design exists though.
