Cooking, Caning and New Coat

This morning Owner administered my regular weekly caning/spanking. It was postponed from Friday as Owner had now been feeling well. This week i was required to received 50 strokes from Her wooden spoon on my clit and then one hundred strokes from Her new metal tenderising implement. Owner also came up with a good idea which is that She could use the redundant central section of the yoke, the bit your head is supposed to go through if you are more flexible then i am. as a base to attach things to - such as clamps to my nipples etc. It is a potentially fiendish thought!

Recently, i have also been busy making some of the dishes that Owner has requested on me. Today, i prepared a vegetable Moroccan tagine and earlier in the week i made (at the second attempt) some half decent gluten-free pide (Turkish bread). i really enjoy cooking for Owner and am enjoying completing these new culinary challenges She is setting me. My next culinary  challenge is to make gluten free feta and tomato muffins.

This week i also received my new spring raincoat that Owner allowed me to purchase. i am really pleased with it and think it looks very pretty. It comes from a company called Lighthouse which do some really nice cots and other clothes. Here i am modelling my new coat, now i just need some warmer weather with showers to wear it in

This week is going to be quite a significant one for me. On Monday all of the shops and hair salons etc re-open in England so i will be finally able to make an appointment to get my hair cut - the first time it has been cut in 2021. But, that is not what i am referring to.

No, the real moment comes on Friday 16th April. It is the day when the chastity dice Owner created for me get rolled again. It will determine whether or not i remain in full-time chastity as i have been for the past three months or whether i get placed into a different regime. 

That same day is also when i will be rolling (and completing) the monthly outdoor challenge dice that Owner devised for me. Last month saw me having to go to our local supermarket wearing just a long coat and my lingerie. i wonder what i will end up having to do this month?

Weekly Roundup + Personal Improvement Time

Owner continues to be pleased with my behaviour and performance and i am happy to report that i have been keeping up with all of my daily tasks and chores. This week saw a new addition to my weekly routine, personal improvement time.

After dinner on Thursday, once my evening chores were completed, i spent the rest of the evening studying Spanish and knitting. It felt good to be doing something constructive and to be studying again. Despite Owner being Spanish my own skills with the language continue to be pretty poor and, not having been able to visit this year as we normally would, i have been getting rustier by the day. So it was good to start studying the language again and i will be doing so on a regular basis from this week onwards.

Then, after an hour of Spanish, i settled down with some lovely yarn and my knitting needles and set about knitting a scarf. Again, it has been quite a while since i last knitted anything and so i had to re-learn my skills. Still, i made a start and plan to keep up and knit on a regular basis. So i am pleased to report that i am once again studying to become a better wife.

This week also saw the first day of genuinely seasonal temperatures, which have been above average of late. This provided the first opportunity for me to wear the new winter coat that Owner ordered for me. It has a great hood and is super warm and snuggly. Here i am ready to venture outside on Friday

As per Owner's instructions i have also cut back on my coffee intake, restricting to just a couple of small black coffees at the start of the day (i used to easily drink eight or so a day!) and am drinking more water. i am also continuing to exercise on a regular basis, targeting my glutes and abs in particular, and am pleased to have got my weight back down to 145lbs (a little under 66kg). i think i could still shave off a few more pounds. i realise that i let the weight add on over the summer a bit so it is good to see it come back towards my target - which is about 140lbs (63.5kg).

The Thrill of the Silver Screen

Tonight Owner and i went to the British Film Institute to watch the Boggart and Hepburn classic 'African Queen' and for me to complete my little cinematic challenge. First, however, Owner took some pictures of me in my wonderful new jacket down by the Thames

Stay at home Wednesday

Over the past few months i have started to regularly work from home on a Wednesday. This has a number of advantages. Anyway, back to Wednesdays. A further advantage of working from home is that it gives Owner and i some time for some caning etc before it gets too late and i have to start preparing dinner.
