Cooking and Cleaning

i am, by nature, quite service-orientated. i derive great pleasure from cooking and cleaning for Owner and it is something that She, in turn, has come to expect of me. They are an integral part of my daily routine , too feed Her and keep Her home tidy and clean. Neither is something i would ever regard as a chore. Each are things i love to do. The challenge is to do them to a standard that meets with Owners expectations of me, Her submissive wife.

A typical day will see me cleaning both morning and night, before and after work. i am also responsible for preparing and clearing away all meals. Owner will, if She is working from home and sees that i have a day full of calls and meetings and She does not, prepare a lunch for me. She is also an excellent cook but Her expectation is that, unless She decides otherwise, it is my role to feed Her and provide Her with drinks whenever She wants.

Cooking and cleaning are things that i have done since childhood. i would enjoy occasionally helping my mum out in the kitchen and doing basic cooking classes at school. i was also brought up to be responsible for keeping my bedroom clean and my sister and i were always the ones who tidied-up after dinner and did the washing and drying. We would often sing together as we worked, our teenage selves working through the entirety of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody as dishes were rinsed and dried.

My first part-time jobs were linked to cleaning and food preparation. Aged 15 i took a Saturday job at a local bakery which involved getting up at 3am and cycling to the shop to help the bakers finish off baking that days bread. Later i graduated to the shop itself, preparing and serving sandwiches to customers. i also worked part-time as a cleaner at my local hospital whilst i was at college and, for one memorable summer, worked nights at Gatwick Airport cleaning the interiors of the planes.

i guess you could say, therefore, that i grew-up cleaning and cooking. However, i was never that proficient. My ward and my planes were just about OK and my sandwiches basic but filling. Leaving home at 18 i then assumed full responsibility for feeding myself and keeping my place clean throughout University but neither was ever a big priority. Food always competed with cigarettes and alcohol as to which was more important to spend money on and cleaning...well, let's just say i doubt my rooms were ever spotless.

Fast forward fifteen or so years and one failed marriage and i met Owner. We had our own places but soon i found myself asking Her to do me the honour of moving in with me and letting me submit to Her. i think it fair to say She was quite shocked by my standards, or lack of, when it came to the food i prepared and the state of the flat i had. Owner set about changing things.

She insisted i learn new recipes (at that stage i still panicked at the thought of preparing anything without a recipe to follow to the letter) and start a recipe database. i still have this. It was an excel spreadsheet that was searchable by ingredients etc and which ran to well over one thousand lines. Owner would give me honest feedback on the food i prepared and gradually my abilities and confidence in the kitchen grew. i started to bake and make soups as well as regular meals.

At the same time i was set the task of having a regular cleaning routine. To begin with i would often forget, and be rightly chastised for doing so, until finally we hit on the solution. This was to start and follow a routine which saw each day of the week allocated to specific cleaning tasks. Monday for the bathroom or Friday the kitchen for example. Owner created a rota that was stuck to the fridge which i then had to mark when each task was completed that week.

Eventually, even my dumb brain got the pattern and now no rota is required. i know exactly what to do each day. Other cleaning tasks were then added which repeat everyday. For example, cleaning the bathroom toilet, sink and surfaces and the bathroom floor every morning and sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor every night after doing the washing up.

Unless i am not well i am good at completing my tasks and keeping Owner fed and nourished. To me it plays to the service side of my submissiveness and is also a way of demonstrating my love for Owner by making nice meals for Her and keeping Her home the way that She likes it. Now we have also bought a flat in Spain the expectation of me is that i will also be the one responsible for keeping that clean and feeding Owner whilst we are there too.

However, there is still much i need to do to improve if i am to truly become the wife that Owner wants and deserves. Whilst every room and surface of the flat always looks superficially clean, behind that impression lies a very different story. Yesterday i was shamed and embarrassed by the sight of Owner emptying out and cleaning the cupboard that houses the boiler in the kitchen. It is a space i had left untouched, just like the backs of cupboards or the cutlery draws for example. i also know that, when i am putting away Owners clothes after washing, drying and, if necessary, ironing them i do not tidy Her drawers or ensure the inside of Her wardrobe is neat and dust free. i fail to dust each of the glasses in the drinks cabinet nor do i take out all of the books and CDs from their cupboards and shelves before wiping the surface clean and replacing them. i do not empty out the cabinets in the bathroom, wipe them clean and then replace all the items back in their place. i do not empty all the food cupboards, clean and then replace. i do regularly clean the inside of the fridge and the oven but these other things i have not been doing. This, i know, is not good enough as yesterday's experience brought home to my shame and embarrassment. In short, from now on i know i must also undertake regular deep cleans as well if i am to keep Owners place as She rightly expects it.

The same is true with cooking and food. We both work full-time. Once i clock off i know i also have other household tasks and chores to complete. As a result the meals i prepare are often hastily assembled, often not that inspiring or are repeats of meals i know are easy to do. Owner deserves better. i want to start to batch-cook some foods so that there are a variety of meals available to serve to Her. There are also still times when Owner has to prompt and remind me that Her glass is empty or Her coffee has been drunk and is in need of a re-fill. She will then have to prompt or remind me to fetch Her another drink. It should, instead, be me that is checking, asking if She desires a re-fill, anticipating Her needs rather than reacting to Her requests. i must also start to block time out of my work day so that Owner does not ever feel obligated to have to prepare lunch when She is working from home because i have failed to make time to prepare it myself.

So, when it comes to food and drinks there is still a lot i need to do to further try to improve.

One of the things both Owner and i recognise is that, as much as i have improved over the years, there is still much more that i could and should be doing. My submission and service to Her is a lifelong commitment and one that requires me to constantly strive to improve and become better than i previously was. i doubt i will ever become the perfect wife for Her but each year i try and be better than i was before and as i try harder so too do i get even more pleasure and satisfaction from serving and looking after Her.

Owner is the love of my life, the centre of my world. Cooking and cleaning for Her and looking after and caring for Her in every other way i can think of brings me great joy and satisfaction. It is something i hope to keep doing until the day i die.

Food and Furniture

Owner and i have feasted well this weekend. Yesterday, Owner took me out to a Middle Eastern restaurant called Ceru off Bayswater Road where She ordered us a wonderful spread of delicious dishes and even treated me to a beer as well. The food was lovely but we were both very full when we left. After a short stroll through Hyde Park we visited an exhibition in South Kensington before returning home.

Today (sunday) has been spent at home. i prepared a roast chicken with all the trimmings for lunch and then did some cleaning and chores and gave Owner a massage.

This afternoon i also found out what challenges i will be required to undertake this week and how i will be disciplined next weekend. Beta Performance App

Owner has started experimenting with a new way to provide daily feedback to me on my performance. She is using a combination of a free online survey app, called SurveyHeart and Colour Note (to generate the daily survey reminders).  Every day at 8pm it sends a performance rating request to Her mobile phone. She then gives me a performance rating of between 0 - 5 to reflect my performance that day.

Owner's response is then sent to the same app that i also have installed on my mobile phone. With this Owner and i are able to track and assess my performance over the week. We can use it to ascertain how well or otherwise i have done, monitor trends etc. It also has the benefit of providing me with daily feedback in a form that minimises the amount of time and effort required on Owner's part.

It is still an experiment, Owner only started to use it last weekend. She may choose to discontinue it, or add more questions and details. She may of course also choose to set me punishments or rewards depending on my overall or individual daily ratings.

And this is how the app displays my performance over the past week. As you can see, there was one day when i only received 3 out of 5, clearly not acceptable.

It is just an experiment but it could be a potentially useful tool to aid my development.

Then There Were Pints

Blimey, it has been  long time, months to be precise, since Owner and i last went for a drink. Well, today we went for our first drink together in 2021. Suffice to say, we both enjoyed even though we did end up having to finish it up in the local park (class) - you can only book a maximum two hour slot in the bar and then you get evicted - so to the park it was. Still, just to be able to get out was fun.

Fast forward to this afternoon though and, for the first time since last year, Owner and i were able to return to a pub as they have, at last, re-opened. You have to reserve a seat in advance, cannot sit inside and can only book for 2 hour slots, but still we were able to visit.

We arrived at our allocated time slot (4pm) and had a thoroughly enjoyable time until we had to leave two hours later. It was lovely to sit down (albeit outside) and have a drink and people watch. Here we are

You can currently only book two hour outdoor slots in pubs due to Covid-19 restrictions so at the end of our session we relocated to the park for some more drinks (how classy). It was, however, wonderful to be able to once again go out, have a drink, and judge people! How we have missed that.

Cooking, Caning and New Coat

This morning Owner administered my regular weekly caning/spanking. It was postponed from Friday as Owner had now been feeling well. Recently, i have also been busy making some of the dishes that Owner has requested on me. Today, i prepared a vegetable Moroccan tagine and earlier in the week i made (at the second attempt) some half decent gluten-free pide (Turkish bread). i really enjoy cooking for Owner and am enjoying completing these new culinary challenges She is setting me. My next culinary  challenge is to make gluten free feta and tomato muffins.

This week i also received my new spring raincoat that Owner allowed me to purchase. i am really pleased with it and think it looks very pretty. It comes from a company called Lighthouse which do some really nice cots and other clothes. Here i am modelling my new coat, now i just need some warmer weather with showers to wear it in

This week is going to be quite a significant one for me. On Monday all of the shops and hair salons etc re-open in England so i will be finally able to make an appointment to get my hair cut - the first time it has been cut in 2021. But, that is not what i am referring to.

No, the real moment comes on Friday 16th April. It is the day when the chastity dice Owner created for me get rolled again. It will determine whether or not i remain in full-time chastity as i have been for the past three months or whether i get placed into a different regime.

Culinary Challenge - Creme Brulée

Last week Owner instigated a new set of challenges for me to complete. i do all the cooking at home but Owner expects to see me extend my repertoire. Accordingly, She has created a set of cards, each of which contains a dish She would like me to prepare. After i have made the item stated on the card to Her satisfaction i am to pick another card, then when i have prepared that, pick another card...and so on.

The first card draw was last week and the card i picked stated that i was to make creme brulée. i have never actually attempted these (we didn't even own any ramekins to make them in). Anyway, this morning i made the custard and cooked it in a bain-marie, then after a day spent chilling in the fridge this evening i added the caramelised sugar glaze and served. Et voila (incidentally, if you want the recipe it is here)

 

Owner declared Herself to be very happy with the result. Accordingly, i have taken a new card, which says that i am to make home made, gluten free gnocchi. Again, this is something i have never tried to make before. Meanwhile, tomorrow i will be serving Owner prawns and asparagus in a white wine sauce - i hope She likes!

Oh, and the other thing that happened was Owner tried out Her new wooden paddle. It was a comparatively restrained first outing but one that still left my bottom pink and glowing.

Birthday, Butt Lifts and Butt Licks

Owner celebrated Her birthday this week. It was a milestone year for Her, i'll not say how old She is but let's just say i had my 50th back in January and we are back level-pegging again :)

Oh No, Not Again - Owner Exerts Her Authority

Oops, i have managed to do it again. As you know i am solely responsible for all of the meals at home, Owner can cook and is an excellent one but part of my role as Her wife means that every meal, from breakfast to dinner, is my responsibility to prepare. Well, during the week i accidentally under-cooked one of the meals and this has resulted in an immediate and thoroughly deserved punishment. Owner has extended the period in which i am not permitted to wear feminine clothes or make-up by an extra week. Whereas i had been looking forward to returning to 'normal' on Monday it will now not happen until the following Monday. Assuming, of course, no further muck-ups on my part!

i am. of course, grateful that Owner holds me to high standards and will punish me when i slip up. Of late, She has also become more vocal in Her demands and expectations of me and more ready to criticise my lapses. To me these are welcome signs of Owners growing confidence in Her control and domination of me and i love and adore Her all the more for that.

i do not want, however, to give the impression that Owner is in anyway cold or unloving. In fact, She is the total opposite and is the most loving and caring person i could ever have hoped for. She regularly showers me with love and affection alongside the control and firmness and discipline that She exercises in our relationship. It is the perfect combination and one i am eternally grateful and thankful to Her for. My desire to submit further, be controlled and dominated more by Her has grown ever stronger over the years. Gradually, under Her care and guidance this has happened, at times almost without me noticing. Aspects of our relationship that to me are completely normal would to others probably be quite shocking or surprising. But because we have gradually changed and evolved in our respective roles i also believe we have established a far more sustainable, deep-rooted dynamic. But crucially, we both love each other today more than we have ever done. Owner makes me feel the most special and precious person in the world and as i slide ever deeper under Her control i feel nourished, safe and cocooned by Her love.

Developing Her Future Wife

As previously mentioned Owner has provided me with a development plan that She is expecting me to progress through and complete, in order for the next part of Her plan to be revealed to me. It is an iterative and ongoing process which She will update and refine according to the progress i make. All this is part of Owners (and my own) desire to better mould and shape me into becoming Her 'perfect' wife. The plan touches upon all areas of our lives together, but there are two areas of the plan of particular interest and focus to Owner at the moment. One of these concerns my performance as a cook and the other relates to my general fitness and well-being.

Owner is an excellent cook but She rightly expects that i am the person who should undertake most of the cooking at home. This has been the case since we first started living together. i am less of a naturally gifted cook than Owner and tend to rely much more on recipes to work from rather than having the confidence to create my own meals just using whatever ingredients are to hand (as Owner is adept at doing). However, over the years i have become a bit more confident in the kitchen and cooking and baking are both things that i really do enjoy. However, Owner has highlighted that of late i have become a little stuck in my thinking and that i am over-using recipes/meals that i am familiar with and being much less creative and experimental with new dishes for Her to try than She would like. In addition, Owner has also highlighted that i could be better at creating healthier and more nutritious meals for Her. Thus, one of the aspects of Owners plan concerns my development as a cook/chef. In short, Owner expects me to be able to provide Her with a much improved repertoire of healthy meal options than i have been doing. At Owners instruction, i have now created a pinterest recipe board where i am to post recipe ideas i find on the Internet for Her to assess and approve or otherwise. Owner expects that, as Her wife, i will fully provide Her nutritional needs and also ensure that i look to continuously update and change Her meals, be they Her breakfasts, lunches or dinners.

A second area of focus for Owners plan covers what could loosely be described as health and well-being. Owner wants and expects to have as fit and as flexible a wife as possible and one that is in 'good shape'. Owner has pointed out that i could do more to stay trim and that i should start to do more regular toning exercises. Owner has suggested that we could do these together in our local park and has asked that i research some routines we could develop. Owner has also confirmed that She will determine what i shall be wearing when completing these exercises. Some of the routines that i found also involve the use of small dumb bells - Owner has said that i will need to use pink ones.

Related to the above, Owner has now also said that She will determine when and whether i am to be allowed to drink alcohol.

i have to say that i am really relishing the fact that Owner is looking to further Her control over me.

Owner and i are spending today at home. Owner has instructed that once every hour i am to ask Her to have my nipples tortured to ensure that they are hard and erect all day long. As the day progresses Owner has been finding more and more ingenious ways to do this using a variety of household items as well as twisting them mercilessly with Her fingers.  The images below show just what can be achieved using chopsticks and a salad server;








In between my hourly breast torture i've been keeping busy in the kitchen, firstly making sunday roast;


and secondly baking some scones;


Meanwhile, Owner is sat typing put some new domestic instructions for me to add to my existing duties. i'm really quite excited about receiving these as i am hoping that it is a sign that Owner is pleased with my progress over the past few months and now feels it is time to furthen deepen my submission and stretch me further. Right, i must be off as the hour is nigh for more nipple torture and then cleaning whilst Owner listen to the football.

Let Her eat cake (and biscuits, soups, stews etc)

The Romans had a saying that an army marches on its stomach and for me ensuring that Owner gets to receive healthy, nutritious food is something that i take great pride in doing. When Owner and i first met it must be said that my culinary repetoire was somewhat limited. However, with Owners active encouragement my confidence in the kitchen grew and became an integral part of our Female-led/Femdom lifestyle. Owner Herself is a wonderful cook but we quickly developed a routine whereby unless i was ill or unavoidably detained at work it should be i that prepares all the meals (and of course tidies and washes up afterwards). This little routine of ours starts from the moment when we wake up. Owner has to leave the house about an hour before i do for work and so i get up with Her, prepare breakfast and then make Her lunch. Then in the evening i prepare ou evening meal when i get back.

Of late i have started to try and ensure that Owner always has an option of home-cooked savoury bread for breakfast and/or to take with Her to work as well as making homemade biscuits on a regular basis for Her too. i have to say that baking and cooking in general has opened a whole new world for me. i used to just cook to eat i.e. to fill a hole. However, now i love to experiment, try different things and have become a little obsessed with baking. There is something wonderfully satisfying about feeding someone, anyone and people the world over do, i am sure, derive joy and satisfaction on a regular basis from cooking for family and friends. However, to me cooking and baking are also a further expression of my love and adoration for Owner. i obviously like to eat what i prepare too but there is nothing like the satisfaction derived from seeing Owner tuck in and enjoy. It's almost like sex (i did say almost!) in that for me the most wonderful part is the giving and not the receiving of pleasure and cooking is the same.

When i first started this blog many moons ago i wrote at the time that my ambition in life was to become a housewife for Owner and spending my evenings or parts of the weekend kneading my dough or stirring a soup is something i adore to do. Sadly i still have to go to work so the housewife ambition remains, for the foreseeable future, an unrealised one. However, there are still plenty of moments in any day when i can 'live my dream' and potter about cleaning or tidying whilst the aroma of freshly baked/prepared food wafts through the flat.

Why am i writing all of the above? i guess because to me being in a relationship that is a Female-led or Femdom one presents so many opportunities to serve and cooking is one wonderful way to do just that.

Domestic Science

One of the things that i love to do is cook, which is probably a good job as it is also expected by Owner that i will do all the cooking! Being the one who prepares the meals has been a great opportunity to try out new recipes and ideas ove the past few years and has also re-introduced me to the pleasures of baking. i've come to love baking of all types, biscuits, cakes and breads. In fact baking bread is a particular passion of mine and i recently treated myself to an excellent book by Richard Bertinet called 'Dough: Simple Contemporary Bread' It is a wonderful book full of great bread recipes. This morning i decided to have a go at making my own version of one of Richard's breads, namely tomato, garlic and basil bread - except i also added some goats cheese to the bread as well. The recipe is as follows:

For the dough

250g strong bread flour
10g sea salt
yeast (i used instant)
5g salt
10g coarse semolina
25g extra virgin olive oil

For The Ingredients

1 punnet of cherry tomatoes - sliced in half and sprinkled with herbs, salt, pepper and sugar and dried in over for 2 hours at 100 degrees celsius
10 cloves of garlic - peeled then sauted in olive oil, butter and sugar before transferring to oven and cooking in mixture at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes

When the dough is ready stretch it out onto a flat surface, cover with the tomato's, garlic, basil leaves and goats cheese. Then fold one end in on top by a third. Take the other end and do likewise so that filling is covered. Tuck the ends of the dough underneath themselves to seal. Then slice the dough in half and place on a baking tray in oven at 220 degrees. Place so that the open end of the dough (which you can see the stuffing in) is on top and open up the dough slightly. Then bake for 20-25 minutes.

Owner seemed very happy with the outcome, especially as i had also had my first go at making cappuccino's using a new milk frothing device (just a metal jug with an internal plunger and sieve in reality - but works a treat). i've never made these at home before and Owner seemed very happy with the result;
