Sewing Lessons Part 1

So today i had the first of my two days of training to learn how to use a sewing machine. It was an all day introduction to using a sewing machine course which Owner had found for me so that i might learn another useful skill as Her housewife. There were eight of us on the course plus the tutor, i was the only non-female.

During today's lesson we learnt how to thread and operate a sewing machine and the various different types of stitches that can be created. We were then taught how to sew a simple item, i sewed this tote bag which i am really rather pleased with. i cut out the materials and did all of the sewing myself, albeit with the help of the tutor.

Owner was impressed when i showed Her the results of my efforts when i got home.

Next weekend we move onto some more advanced skills, such as fitting zips and buttons and then we all get to make some either a pair of shorts or a skirt. Guess which i will be choosing!:) The course really was fun and i think i am starting to learn a new skill that may come in use, especially if i am permitted to invest in a sewing machine.

Talking of money, tomorrow i go to the bank to start the process of transferring my finances across so that they are under Owners control. As Owner's domination of me deepens,hopefully my skills as a Her housewife will continue to increase.

New Skills for Owner's Wife

Owner is a firm believer in Her wife (yours truly) having a range of practical and useful skills becoming of her station in our relationship. Thus, so far i have undertaken a range of different short courses and classes encompassing knitting, massage, manicure, flower arranging etc. All have been great fun to do, a chance to learn some new skills in the company of others and then apply them at home for Owners benefit. Owner has now identified a new skill She would like me t learn and some courses for me to do, namely sewing using a machine. Accordingly, over two weekends next month i will be attending some beginners sewing classes, learning how to use a sewing machine and progressing through to being able to make a basic skirt. i am excited and grateful to Owner for encouraging my continued development in this way.

In other news, my ankle tattoo is healing nicely and we're both very pleased with it. i have also been continuing to enjoy some days working from home with Owner, which has been a real pleasure. Owner took this picture of me wearing my glasses - my eyesight is not quite what it once was but Owner and i both think i look quite secretarial in these.

Training & Development - All Change?

i submitted my application form as requested by Owner to apply to be enrolled on the next, stage V, of Her training programme. My application was quite detailed and i waited to see whether or not i would be accepted for further training by Her. i always feel a little on edge at time like these, waiting to hear what might come next. However, the response i received from Owner took me somewhat by surprise. Owners' response to the application i submitted to Her was as follows:

i immediately replied to Her that, yes i was very interested and requested further information so that i might apply. i can't wait to find out more. It was an initial shock to hear that She has shelved the training programme that has been going for a few years now but i am very excited at the prospect of a 'Housewife Academy' and can't wait to find out more. i will keep you posted.

The Joy Of Learning

Owner is, by profession, a trainer and so it should come as no surprise that She puts quite an emphasis on my learning and acquiring new skills and abilities at the heart of my development as Her wife. Over the past couple of years i have studied and attended courses ranging from knitting, jewellery making and embroidery through to reflexology, manicures and massage.  All of these offer practical benefits to Owner in that they diversify the range of useful services i can provide to Her and/or generate things She or we both can enjoy.

In addition, although Owner has lived in London for longer than me She is Spanish by nationality and may one day wish to return to Spain. As Her wife it goes without saying that i would of course go with Her should She ever decide to make such a move. This became the spur for me to try to learn Spanish and Her guidance has helped me to progress to a level of language ability, which though basic, i had all but assumed i was completely incapable of given that every previous attempt on my part learn another language, any language had ended in utter failure.

In short, Owner has encouraged and pushed me to learn a lot and i have had tremendous fun doing so. The study has, for the most part always been enjoyable, and i have had the pleasure of meeting lots of other interesting students and teachers along the way.

However, the latest learning project that i am embarking on at Owner's request promises to take the notion of enjoying your studies to a whole new level. Owner likes to hear about and read my sexual fantasies. She also wants me to try to earn some money for Her. Owner began to encourage me to write and publish some erotic short stories last year and i have published a couple on lulu.com - to a deafening silence. Owner expects me to improve my erotic writing skills and start to sell some stories and so to achieve these outcomes She instructed me to enrol on an erotic writing course run by wade-erotic.

The course looks very interesting and i have now enrolled. One of the points that the tutor makes in the first lesson is the importance of reading other erotic fiction - which is obviously going to be a real chore to have to do! :) i will let you know how i get on and, if i manage to come up with any stories that my tutor thinks has merit, i will share them on the blog for your feedback as well.

Another recent idea of Owners is that i should start to make and publish 'instructional videos'. Her rationale is that i have learnt or acquired a number of skills over the years that others might find of interest and am also something of an exhibitionist (as this blog attests to) and like to perform. Owner would like to know if there are any particular 'instructional type' videos readers i.e. you, would find of interest?  i would 'perform' the task, whatever that is and She would film. We would both be very interested to hear of any ideas or suggestions you may have. We will also be developing some of our own and i hope we will start to make some videos available in the coming months.

i do love these opportunities Owner provides for me to learn new things and am also ridiculously excited at the prospect of being on camera!

Sports Supplement

This morning as i was coming to the end of my morning abs and butt workout Owner stuck Her head around the door and announced that She had prepared a drink for me, and placed a glass of Her warm, fresh pee down on the worktop. However, on the last few occasions i have dyed Her hair for Her and She seems pleased with the results. She has even asked me to investigate a basic hair cutting course for me to complete so that Her wife can help Her maintain Her style.

As i draft this (for Her later approval or otherwise) Owner has gone out to meet-up with former colleagues for lunch. In the meantime, i have some knitting to keep me occupied and then i need to do a couple of errands in the shops before i head across town to meet-up with Her again. i hope you all have enjoyable weekends.

Halloween, Learning and Development

Just a quick update to wish everyone a very spooky Halloween. Hope you all have fun. These are the pumpkins Owner and i carved, can you tell who did which?

This week i started an embroidery course as part of my ongoing development to become Owners ideal wife. i was supposed to start it the week before but i wasn't well so started a week late. It is in the same venue and with the same teacher as i had for my knitting classes at the start of the year. Hopefully it will be another string to add to my bow and i will soon be able to start adding some pretty designs and patterns to tops.

Meanwhile, on Monday Owner will start reviewing the progress i have made in the current phase of my training/development. It is the moment when She decides whether or not i have made sufficient progress to proceed to the next level of training and development or not. i really hope that She judges that i have made sufficient progress to proceed. i feel that strong foundations have been laid from which to further my development and my submission to Her.

i will, of course, update on the outcome and write about this in more detail shortly when i know the outcome of my review. i am nervously hopeful.

A Good Week

Just a quick update to say that Owner and i have both had a very good end to the week. Yesterday Owner sat the exam for Her work that She has been studying hard for over these past few months - and She passed with flying colours. i am so proud of Her, She truly is a woman of many talents.

Meanwhile, i also had a studious day yesterday, albeit more of a practical one-day course rather than a formal exam. Yes, yesterday was the day of my one-day facial course. Just me, the tutor and five women, all of whom were working in the beauty industry in some shape or form. Anyway, we all seemed to get on together well and, most importantly, we all passed the practical test! i even have the certificate to prove it;

i am now fully accredited to give facials. Owners parents arrive for a week later today but as soon as our household returns back to normal you can be certain that i will be testing out my new skills on Her. After all, these courses i have been doing are supposed to be for Her benefit!.

Last but not least. Owner and i celebrated our ninth anniversary this week. It really does seem that we have been together for longer than that and i struggle to recall how life was before i met Her. i love my Owner with all of my heart and thank Her for the best nine years of my life and look forward to many, many more years to come with Her.

Whilst The Cat Is Away.....

This mouse is busy. After a lovely weekend together with Her family Owner and i are apart for this week. i am back in the UK but She doesn’t return until the end of the week. She starts Her new job on Monday and She has had a stressful time of late and Her family have also had to deal with bereavement so it’s good that She is able to spend some extra time with them. i miss Her terribly though.

Whilst i was there for the weekend we had a wonderful time together. We visited the town where She was born and i got to see the window of the very flat in which She was born as well as the flats where Her parents grew up – both at opposite ends of the same town. Owner and i even posed dancing together for Her dad in the very spot where he used to go dancing with Her mum. 

Now though i am back alone and She is still in Spain and i miss Her terribly. The good news is though that, knowing we would be apart, Owner took the time and effort to think of something practical and useful and enjoyable that i could do. She instructed me that She had found a short jewellery making workshop for me to do. Accordingly, yesterday evening after work found me at a delightful little studio/shop in West London called Homemade London. Together with our teacher myself and three women spent an hour and a half on a basic introduction to jewellery making course. It was great fun and i am now inspired (if Owner allows me) to buy some proper pliers and then start getting crafty with chains and charms. Mind you, Owner has already warned me that, since becoming feminised i like to wear jewellery too much, so this could be a dangerous new craft!

i am really loving the new skills i am starting to develop. Since knitting my first scarf a while ago i have knitted one for Owner from a pattern She liked and am now onto a third. Once that is done i hope to branch out to some more challenging knitting projects! Owner has also instructed that i learn some facial techniques during this phase of my development and we are both keen that we get a sewing machine so that i can start practice sewing. We have seen some beginners courses that look like they could be good for me to enrol on and there is also a local craft place that offers dress-making courses. It’s funny but i don’t hear much mention of learning crafty and other ‘domestic’ skills on other FLR blogs that i read. i really would encourage other women to have their ‘wives’ acquire skills that could be used for their Dommes benefit and also about the home, plus they are also great fun to do. All of the other people i have met on the courses i have done to date have been lovely.

Anyway, back to the here and now. There are of course plenty of things i need to be getting on with whilst Owner is away. My development and training do not stop simply because She is not here and so i am sticking to my rota of cleaning, study and other activities that i am expected to do and which do not require Her presence to be undertaken. In addition, Owner has also sent me instructions for an additional project that She requires me to complete today and has indicated She may send a further project tomorrow. We know it is best that i am kept busy and productive if i am to become the wife She wishes.

One thing that was lovely at the weekend was that Owner had advised She wished me to stay out of chastity for the duration of my stay. Izzy Wizzy Let's Get Busy

As the title suggests this is proving to to a very busy month for Owner and i. Both of us are studying outside of our normal working hours, except in Owners case She is studying to help further Her career whereas in my case i am continuing to seek to develop skills appropriate as Owners wife.

Owner has commenced an intensive career-related training course that occupies much of Her free time at the moment. i try to be as helpful as i can for Her by ensuring nothing disturbs Her study or by offering Her support and advice if and when requested. We joke that wouldn't it be good if She could work for Herself and i gave-up my job and became Her secretary instead - sadly this isn't a viable financial option and of course it would be even better if neither of us actually needed to work in the first place. But it would be great to be of service to Owner at work as well as outside.

Meanwhile, in addition to my ongoing Spanish study i have also started a knitting class. i have not knitted since school (and then only very badly) but Owner has stated that i should develop skills appropriate to and becoming of Her wife and i am really enjoying learning. i was inordinately excited when i completed my first mini-homework project- to produce a cloth using a combination of knit and purl - and during last nights class i progressed onto the art of cabling. For our class next week i need to bring in a pattern that i want to create. Mine will still be basic, am thinking of a pretty scarf, but i want to set a goal of producing a project every X number of weeks/months. i also found out last night that the teacher also teaches dress-making. First, i need to learn to sew and use a machine but dress-making would be fun and practical too :).

At the end of this month i am also doing a basic reflexology course to improve my foot massage skills and then in February i am booked onto an Indian head massage course and a manicure and pedicure course. With the latter i would like to progress onto a full beauty therapy course, but we'll see how i get on. However, the general ambition of Owners is that Her wife should be equipped with a full range of skills from the practical at one end to the downright dirty at the other.

For me i really enjoy learning anyway and am really enjoying the opportunity to develop new skills and abilities, skills which i hope will prove of use to Owner. i'd be interested if there are any skills or crafts that readers are studying/have studied? In addition to the courses i mentioned above which i am already enrolled on i am also keen to study the following, again all of which i think could be of practical benefit to Owner;

i mentioned that Owner is keen that i develop the full range of skills becoming of Her wife and that these are on a spectrum. At one end there are the practical skills/abilities highlighted above. At the other end there is being a wanton slut.

i did once research whether there was such a thing as a 'glamour model' course or a course for wannabe sluts, sadly nothing was found (gap in the market?). However, we did find a few glamour photography (how to) books. Being photographed by Owner/or posing for Her amusement is something we both greatly enjoy. However, i can also sometimes be shy/get embarrassed when posing in public, being publicly molested by Her and so forth. Knit One, Purl One, Knit One, Purl One....

Owner and i had a great time in Spain for the Three Kings Parade but are now both back at home and back to work. However, January is a busy month for us both. Owner is starting a course as part of Her career development whilst i have a series of new courses and classes this month to help my development as Owners ideal wife.

i attended the first of my classes on Wednesday night after work. It is a two hour beginners knitting course that is running for four weeks. Although i knitted at school i have not done so since and so, am effectively a total novice. There are only two of us on the course so there is plenty of opportunity for one to one tuition. The first lesson was spent learning to cast-on, knit, purl and cast-off. i found it really enjoyable although i confess it took me a while to get the hang of things. However, this morning whilst Owner was researching online i knitted a practice swatch which i am quite pleased with. It will take me a while to progress to any level of competency but i aim to get to a level of skill where i can be of some practical use for Owner and make some pretty items.

At the end of this month i am doing a one day foot reflexology course to improve my foot massage technique for Owner. However, he real excitement comes next month when i am first doing an Indian head massage course followed up with a one day manicure and pedicure course. i'd love to be able to then go on and complete a beauty therapy course - what fun that would be!

In the meantime, i continue to try and perform as Owner expects and to meet the requirements of Her development plan for me. Now we are back from our travels to Spain after New Year i can get back into my daily routines so that 2014 can really be a year in which i  develop and advance as Owners submissive wife.

Another of the things Owner expects of me is to ensure that i don't waste food and use it before it reaches its expiry date. i do a kitchen audit once a month and any food found that has past its use by date needs to be disposed of/recycled and Owner advised accordingly. Depending on how much food i have wasted this way She punishes me accordingly. Anyway, i had only recently done such an audit, had presented Owner with what i had found (some expired stocks and pulses) and was punished accordingly - by having two items of my clothing recycled for being wasteful.

Fast forward to me serving Owner Her dinner that evening last week and after taking Her first mouthful She enquired as to what sauce i had used. When i replied it was a soy sauce this was quickly followed-up by Her asking when it had been bought? My heart suddenly sank. The sauces are in a part of the cupboard i had forgotten to check when conducting the food past its expiry date audit. i returned to the kitchen where my worst fears were confirmed, it the sauce had expired. i returned to the living room and shame-facedly handed Owner the evidence of my guilt. However, i have not got off scott-free. Meanwhile, my most recent faux pas aside my development as the wife Owners deserves to have continues apace. i am continuing to stick to and deliver against the requirements of me as set out in Owners training plan. One area that is a particularly exciting development is the commencement of more formal 'practical' training in order that i acquire more skills of benefit to Owner. Accordingly, later this week i will be attending an introduction to 'back and neck' massage course and Owner has permitted me to register and enroll on two one-day courses in February next year. One is an Indian head massage course and the other is a manicure and pedicure course. i am really excited about these and hope that i do my Owner proud and pass both courses.

These last two courses give an accredited Beauty Academy Diploma to graduates but also offer the potential to have the courses accredited towards a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Beauty Therapy. This is something that i would love to be able to get so that i could offer Owner a full-range of services, something i feel that i ought to aspire to be able to do as Her wife. It would require me completing a number of different class-based modules as well as some assignments but i think it could be fun and would give me some useful skills. We shall have to see what She thinks.

Phase 2 of Development

Owner has just sent me through the next stage of my development plan - Her 'Plin, Plan, Plon' Phase II. This second stage runs from the 25th November until the 2nd March 2014 and is to be undertaken whilst also continuing with the learning and development activities that were set out in the original Phase I of the Plan. As per last time, only if i successfully complete all elements of this second phase to Owners satisfaction AND continue to maintain my continued delivery of the activities identified under will a potential third stage of the Plan be initiated.

Anyway, so what does Phase 2 of Owners development plan contain? Well, it is divided into 4 core areas namely:

1. Housework
2. Study
3. Physical/Slut Training
4. General Behaviour

The detail within each core area is as per below.

Housework
Repair/replace any damaged or worn or broken items - weekly audit to be undertaken
Organise any and all repairs/replacement that are needed in the flat
Audit all food items in the kitchen cupboards and fridge at least monthly and check expiry dates and remove/replace as required
Test at least one new recipe every 2 weeks and add to your existing recipe database
Every day present Owner with a minimum of two evening meal options for Her to choose from
Undertake an ongoing review of all the items we have in storage in the loft and itemise/recycle as appropriate in consultation with Owner
Undertake an ongoing review of all of our CDs and classify as appropriate in consultation with Owner and maintain
Undertake an ongoing review of all of the stuff we have in the bathroom and organise as appropriate in consultation with Owner and maintain

Study
Continue with current Spanish lessons until the course is completed
Study and read the BBC's Mundo (Spanish language news) website 3 times a week and make a record of what you have learnt each time
Prepare all of your shopping lists in Spanish
Send Owner at least one text message a day that is written entirely in Spanish
Buy a manicure training book (examples provided by Owner) and start offering Owner manicures as an ongoing learning project

Physical/Slut Training 
Once a week do the cooking naked
Once a week do the housework that day wearing nipple clamps/mini pegs
Once every 2 weeks create a 2 minute porn clip and create a gallery of porn clips you have made

Consult with Owner about any activities/trips etc that potentially involve you and seek Her prior approval

Owner sat me down and ran through all of the above requirements to make sure hat i fully understood them and even provided me with a spreadsheet in which i am to record all of my 'evidence' for having completed the tasks/activities required.  i am to provide Owner with a copy of the spreadsheet once a week for Her to review my progress.

As you can see, Owner has given a lot of thought to the next stage of my training and development as Her wife and i am honoured to be allowed to commence this training. i hope that i continue to progress and develop and that, come March next year, i am able to demonstrate sufficient progress with these phase of Her plan - whilst maintaining my progress in the earlier phase - for Her to deem me ready for Phase 3. i am very lucky indeed to have an Owner who is spending time and effort on my development and i hope to make Her proud.

Fluffy Pet Alert

It's true, i have allowed myself to become one of those that Owner aptly describes as a 'fluffy pet'. Accordingly, this morning She presented me with some instructions She expects me to follow in order to correct my behaviour and improve my performance and development as Her wife in training.

Owner is of course correct. i could try to hide behind the excuses but all of these would just be excuses for what, ultimately, is a failure on my part. i have indeed become a fluffy pet and i am grateful to Owner for stepping in and addressing my behaviour quickly.

i mentioned that Owner has presented me with some new rules/behaviours She has developed specifically to stamp out my fluffiness (when it is not appropriate - She agrees that some fluffiness on my part at the right time is fun). This is the list She kindly provided to me;

As you can see i have allowed things to slip slightly of late!

However, as a sign that, i hope, i too was aware of the need for improvement in certain areas if i am truly to become the wife that Owner deserves i started researching for some courses i could enroll on that might be of benefit to both Owner and i. One of the areas i was researching was beauty techniques. Surprisingly, and in marked contrast to where we used to live, there are no adult learning beauty courses being run locally that i could enroll with. However, i did find a Level 2 distance learning course on Beauty Therapy that is fully accredited. i showed the course prospectus to Owner who approves and so i will hopefully shortly be enrolling and starting to develop some more skills. The course content includes;

• basic salon health and safety (always good to know!)
• fulfilling reception duties
• developing and maintaining effectiveness at work (quite opportune given Owners need to remind me of my place!)
• facial skin care treatments
• manicure and pedicure services
• eyelash and eyebrows
• waxing services
• make up services

i am very excited at the prospect of starting the course!

In the meantime, if anyone knows where i can learn how to make floggers (one of the suggestions made by Owner) i would be very grateful if you can let me know.
