Training & Development - All Change?

i submitted my application form as requested by Owner to apply to be enrolled on the next, stage V, of Her training programme. My application was quite detailed and i waited to see whether or not i would be accepted for further training by Her. i always feel a little on edge at time like these, waiting to hear what might come next. However, the response i received from Owner took me somewhat by surprise. Owners' response to the application i submitted to Her was as follows:

Thank you for applying for Plin Plan Plon V. Unfortunately, I regret to tell you, there will not be a Plin Plan Plon V and therefore I cannot accept your application.
However, I am currently working in a new development programme: Housewife Academy. It is similar to Plin Plan Plon as it focus on a number of different development areas, but the structure is slightly different.

Breaking News: Training and Development Update

I know declare Plin Plan Plon IV [my current training and development programme] completed.

Owner was extremely generous and lenient in grading me as 'good' considering that i accrued a number of punishments - mostly related to sloppy meal preparation. These meant that i spent most of June barred from wearing make-up or feminine clothes as punishment - a deserved lesson and one i really hope not to have to repeat.

Training and Development Update and a Punishment

Some of you may be wondering what has happened with the current stage of my training and development by Owner. You may recall that Owner set out Phase 4 of Her 'Plin, Plan, Plon' - what She calls my training and development programme - just before Christmas. It was due for review in April this year to assess whether or not, in Her judgement, i had made sufficient progress to move onto the next level of development as Her wife.

With Owners earlier health scare and a couple of other things happening in 'real life' Owner kindly agreed to extend the period in which She expects me to complete the plan. In Her own words;

'the plin plan plon, which should have been completed by now it is not completed and will have to be extended. It will be extended until Owner is happy with every area. I am understanding of the situation and I don't want to make this plan to be ruled only by deadlines. Pet's development is the most important part of this plan and if more time is required to implement all the learning this is not a problem'.

i have now completed most of the outstanding items and Owner has given me a series of deadlines throughout June in which to complete the last ones. We then go on holiday for a fortnight and so it will be mid-July when Owner will make a decision as to whether i can proceed to the next level of my training and, if so, what that will involve. i am extremely grateful to Owner for granting me this extension and i hope to prove myself worthy of further training by Her.

In the meantime, i am in receipt of a punishment from Owner for three instances in which i did not meet Her expected standards when it came to meal preparation. Knowing how much i enjoy wearing make-up and feminine clothes Owner has decreed that, as from tomorrow, i will be forbidden to do so for a period of two weeks. i know that i have done wrong and i thank Owner for Her punishment and will work hard to ensure that there is no repetition of my misdemeanour. Owner has rules and expectations She expects me to follow at all times. i know what these are and, therefore, there is no excuse for failing to comply with them. i am truly sorry.

Hello And An Apology And Overdue Update

i am so sorry it has been so long between posts and am really sorry to have caused concern to some to see if we are OK. In truth, March was not the best of months and it rather knocked Owners and my life a little off-kilter. As i previously posted Owner had an operation last month. The operation was a small one and went well and She has now almost fully healed but we are still waiting for the results of the tests they had to do until She gets the final all clear. This, combined with the discomfort of the stitches, meant that it wasn't exactly a month when Owner felt like doing much. She also hurt Her back and was generally feeling under the weather. It was also combined with a busy period for me at work and we also spent time visiting family in the UK and Spain. The combined consequence of all of this was that a number of the daily routines i usually undertake in the evening fell by the wayside as, instead, Owner and i spent our evenings and spare time together snuggled up on the sofa watching DVDs.

This has meant that there hasn't really felt like here has been much to blog or report about other than that sometimes life can and does get in the way for all of us at times, and that has very much been the case this past month. However, there have, nevertheless, been some notable developments that have occurred which i believe auger well for the continued strengthening and deepening of our Femdom relationship.

One of the most significant, albeit perhaps seemingly trivial, one of these was the new rule that Owner established for me when it comes to eating out in restaurants. Owner declared at the end of last year that, from now on, i was to expect that She would be the one who would take all decisions regarding what i was to be permitted to eat or not when we ate out. In short, the menu would, for me, become redundant. In truth, it took a while for Owner to establish the rule in practice. However, it has now become very much the norm. It has become another example of how routine decisions about how i live my life are now made exclusively by Owner.

Learning and Development - Some Small But Significant Steps

The past few weeks have seen a couple of small but significant steps in my own learning but also in the progression and further deepening of my submission to Owner and Her control over, and treatment of, me. i will talk about the latter in a bit, first though i have some news concerning my own learning.

Anyone who has been reading this blog for a while will know that my Owner, and love of my life, is Spanish. Regular readers will also know that i have been trying (pretty unsuccessfully) for years to learn to speak Spanish and it has become one of Owners long-term projects and expectations of me. Under normal circumstances this might not be a big deal but for me it is as i have been an utter failure with languages throughout my life. Although i managed to do fairly well academically in other spheres (i have a history doctorate) when it comes to languages i have failed at every turn. Over the years i have tried French, German and even Arabic once all with the same results...failure. Although the rest of my family are all linguistically gifted i am not.

However, last year Owner laid down the challenge and expectation that, as part of my continuing development and training to become Her ideal wife She expected me to prepare for and enter a formal Spanish language exam. Specifically, the official Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE). This would sit alongside the other skills and learning She expects me to acquire ranging from giving facials, reflexology, massage, manicures, to knitting, embroidery etc, etc. In short, skills that might be useful to Her for me to have. Me knowing Spanish would, of course, be very useful/essential if She ever decided She wanted us to move to Spain, as one day She might.

i confess that i initially didn't have any expectations of passing but then as the months of practice passed i began to entertain thoughts that maybe i might. We agreed i should enter the beginners exam and see how i got on. The exam was held over two days in November last year and at the end of it i was convinced i had, once again failed. Owner tried to be positive but i didn' think i had done that well and started to try and psychologically prepare myself for a re-sit sometime this year. Imagine my delight and surprise then when the results arrived just over a week ago. i passed!! i was thrilled and amazed...for the very first time in my life i had actually passed a language exam! Owner was really pleased as well, However, we have already agreed that i will not be allowed to stop there but must now prepare to enter myself for the next level Spanish exam this autumn. There are many things that our relationship has helped to teach me and i have acquired a number of new skills. However, never in my wildest dreams did i imagine it might also help me start to learn a new language. Just another example of the many advantages an FLR/Femdom relationship can bring!

This weekend i also had an opportunity to demonstrate one of the other skills that i have started to acquire courtesy of Owner, namely jewellery making. • Any facebook posts (and of course blog entries) by me need prior vetting and approval from Owner before uploading
• i am only permitted to drink alcohol if and when Owner says so and am not permitted to try to seek Her approval to have a drink (this initially took a while to adjust to, especially when staying with family)
• Owner decides to what, when and where we go out - i may make suggestions but the decision is Hers
• We have got rid of/recycled most of my possessions
• All meal preparation, cooking, cleaning and other housework is my responsibility. Owner may help if She chooses but the expectation is that it is my job to do.
• Owner expects me to present Her with daily options for what i might prepare for dinner for Her to decide from
• An expectation that, unless She specifically says otherwise, i should always be doing something constructive and useful in my free time
• having an orgasm only if and when Owner permits me to (i spend much of my time in chastity) and accepting that my body is Owners to use for Her sexual pleasure

All of the above have gradually developed as part of my submission to Owner over the years.

To this list has now been added a new element of control that Owner first implemented this weekend. Namely, that when we eat out (as we do relatively frequently) Owner will choose what i am to eat. The Next Phase Of My Development

Today Owner revealed to me the next phase of my development.  Entitled Plin, Plan, Plon IV this development phase will commence on the 1st December 2014 and will run through until 1st April next year. As with all previous Plans this Plan builds upon and is additional to what went before it i.e. i still need to continue to implement the contents of all the proceeding plans whilst also completing the requirements set out in this new plan. Once again, the my performance against the objectives set out in the Plan will be formally reviewed after its completion when a decision will be made as o whether or not my progress has been satisfactory and i can be considered for further development and training or not.

i am really excited about this new Plan. There are some really innovative elements to it and it also seeks to extend Owners control over me into new areas and arenas. It should also help me to become a more useful wife for Her. So, what is new and what does the Plan contain?

Perhaps the mot significant innovation is that Owner has set-up the new Plan on Trello. Previously, i have had a series of spreadsheets, word documents and other things to complete that Owner has then reviewed monthly to monitor and comment on my progress and performance. There are also a series of 'reminder' tables posted up in our kitchen that detail the duties i must complete daily, weekly etc (and which are also listed on the sidebar of this blog) and into which i record my daily task completion entries. Trello does away with the need for all of this. Trello is an on-line 'cloud-based' collaboration project and task management tool that enables all of my expected activities to be organised and set-up electronically. i can then record what i have done, add notes and comment in real-time as too can Owner. i have even downloaded it as an app onto my phone so i can update and record 'on the go'. The advantages are that Owner can now see at any time exactly what i am recording, can easily add new tasks/duties or amend existing ones. i will get these changes straight away and also have one place where i can now record everything. It should make Owners oversight and checking less onerous for Her and more straight-forward and She can also check in 'real-time' what i have or have not done. For me it offers the opportunity to organise my reporting into one place and make it more straightforward. The new Plan doesn't start until the start of next month but i shall start transitioning stuff over to Trello in the next week or two and begin using it. i will update on how it goes but we are both quite excited at the possibilities this system may open-up.

Okay, so that is all very interesting in a geeky kind of way, but what does the new Plan actually contain? What are the additional tasks/activities that i will be expected to do and be judged against? Well, Owner has organised the new phase into 5 broad categories. These are:

• Housework
• Study/skills
• Physical/slut training
• General behaviour
• Ad-hoc

Four of these five categories have a series of specific tasks and behaviours set-out that i will be expected to deliver/undertake during this phase of my development (and forever onwards). This detail is set out below;

Housework

• PROJECT: Review all of our photographs [all ours have been digital for years[ and get some printed for Owners photo album.
• Buy adequate laminate flooring products and clean thoroughly once a week [we had new flooring installed and the old mop etc that i used the clean the floor doesn't do that good a job on the new floor]
• Subscribe to a healthy eating magazine and cook at least one recipe from that magazine a week [this part of the ongoing development of my cookery skills]
• PROJECT: Do a complete kitchen inventory and replace any old/broken kitchen utensils/pans/crockery
• Transfer my current household cleaning and fitness/exercise rota onto Trello

Study/Skills

• Practise my beauty/health skills (reflexology/massage/manicure/facials) - Owner will use Trello to 'book' appointments with me at times and dates of Her choosing - at least 8 times per month
• Create at least 3 jewellery items a month
• Subscribe to a Spanish audio magazine
• Complete 1 embroidery and 1 knitting project during this phase of the Plan
• Keep practising my erotic-short story and other writing skills in order to produce higher quality short-stories and start to write lifestyle guides

Physical/Slut Training

• i am to always be completely naked when providing Owner a pedicure or manicure or when watching TV with Her at home

• When away from Owner due to work or family commitments i am to send Owner an email summarising all i have done that day

Ad-Hoc Tasks
Owner will provide these as and when they need to be completed.

Exciting Times

The start of this week found me on tenterhooks as i awaited the outcome of Owners latest appraisal of my development and, whether or not i would be deemed to have made sufficient progress to proceed to the next stage of my development as Her slut and wife. Readers of this blog may be aware that Owner has developed what is referred to as Her Plin, Plan, Plon. Essentially, this is a training programme devised by Her (albeit one which i am permitted to make suggestions) designed to help stretch and develop me and help me become a better wife and slut for Her. The way the Plan works is that at the end of each phase of the plan i am assessed as to how well or not i have performed and completed/internalised the activities or duties set down for me to perfect in that phase. Only if Owner adjudges during the review that i have passed that Phase am i permitted to move onto the next, more challenging Phase. In a way it is a bit like a computer game where you are trying to make progress onto the higher level. If judged to have made sufficient progress to move onto the next phase i am still expected to maintain the standards/delivery/goal established in the proceeding phase i.e. the difficulty levels build incrementally with progress. However, there is always the risk of being judged a failure - in which case i would need to re-start from Phase 1.

Anyway, Monday this week was the day in which Owner would review my progress in Phase 3 - a phase which had already been extended due to some performance issues on my part in the autumn which i needed to address. Anyway, i was absolutely thrilled to receive the following from Owner

This certificate was accompanied with a detailed breakdown of the scores i had been awarded in each category of the Plan. As you can see below, there were some areas in which i did really well - for example i can now finally properly deepthroat (something i could never do before). However, letting Owner down this summer by having an alcoholic drink without Her permission scored very lowly as, although there has been no repetition of this episode since, it was a serious failure on my part and highlighted some major performance and obedience issues which i needed to address and rectify. i was relieved, thrilled and excited to have been judged to have passed. i really do believe this is helping me o become a better, more useful and more productive wife and slut for Owner.

Owner is in the process of finalising the details of the next Phase of my development i.e. Phase 4 of the Plan. She has said that She will let me know the details at the end of this coming weekend but that that Phase will not commence until the start of December. i am guessing it will probably run through to the end of the Spring. i am nervously excited to see what may lie in store for me in Phase 4. Meanwhile, i need to ensure i maintain the standards i have now reached and that i continue to address those areas where i scored less highly in my Phase 3 review.

Halloween, Learning and Development

Just a quick update to wish everyone a very spooky Halloween. Hope you all have fun. These are the pumpkins Owner and i carved, can you tell who did which?

This week i started an embroidery course as part of my ongoing development to become Owners ideal wife. i was supposed to start it the week before but i wasn't well so started a week late. It is in the same venue and with the same teacher as i had for my knitting classes at the start of the year. Hopefully it will be another string to add to my bow and i will soon be able to start adding some pretty designs and patterns to tops.

Meanwhile, on Monday Owner will start reviewing the progress i have made in the current phase of my training/development. It is the moment when She decides whether or not i have made sufficient progress to proceed to the next level of training and development or not. i really hope that She judges that i have made sufficient progress to proceed. i feel that strong foundations have been laid from which to further my development and my submission to Her.

i will, of course, update on the outcome and write about this in more detail shortly when i know the outcome of my review. i am nervously hopeful.

Development Update Continued and Silence of the poppet

On the other hand he has not been able to cope with some others, for example: preparing for his Spanish exam or booking himself in beauty courses.  And pet once more had an alcoholic drink without permission – during the weekend we went to Devon to visit his dad.

pet could and should have done better.  However 

• pet has been very helpful and very good at managing the refurbishment projects at home:  the loft and the lounge.  he was here all the time when the refurbishment took place and had to deal with builders and deliveries and be ready to improvise when things didn’t go as expected.  he was extremely patient and through the whole process continued to be the sweetest wife anyone could dream of.  This is a great example of what being the perfect housewife means.

• pet has been of great support, again, when Owner wasn’t feeling particularly well after the holiday and when She became extremely busy with her new job.  Again a great example of being a good wife because he was supportive and understanding.

• pet drank alcohol during the visit to Devon because it was his dad’s birthday.  pet didn’t want to disappoint his dad, he wanted to join in the celebration an Owner understands this.

For all these reasons, pet has been granted an extension in the current Plin Plan Plon phase.  Plin Plan Plon 3 is officially extended until the 3^rd of November.  I hope pet will take advantage of this opportunity and make the most out of it by showing what he is capable of.

i am a very lucky and happy pet indeed and am grateful to Owner for having been granted such an extension.

Meanwhile, yesterday Owner and i went out for the day along the Thames. It was quite a breezy (and bad hair) day as you can see from the photos below.

Owner and i went for a wonderful walk along to the Thames Barrier before retiring for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. Owner was very kind and generous and permitted me to have a couple of ciders.

As Owner refers to in Her letter i am afraid that a month ago i had a drink whilst we were visiting my fathers without having received Owners permission. This was in direct contravention to how i am expected to behave and i know i let both myself and my Owner down for doing this. Owner has been mulling some ideas for a suitable punishment. One idea that She is leaning towards genuinely terrifies me. i am scared, very scared, of heights. This coming weekend we are travelling to Copenhagen and staying near the Tivoli Garden funfare. In the guide book there is a photo of a ride designed, so it would seem, to scare the crap out of people by spinning you round in a flimsy seat high above the ground. i can only hope that Owner settles on a less horror inducing punishment than that!

Training and Development Update

As i alluded to in my last post the works being done in our flat had a negative impact upon my development over this summer. i have been on a development programme devised by Owner since becoming Her wife and i am currently on level three of that programme. That phase of the programme began back in April (when i was adjudged by Her to have successfully graduated from level 2) and ran until the start of this August - when i was expected to have either demonstrated how i had completed this next stage of my development or be judged to have been a failure. Progression onto level four of my development programme cannot occur until i have successfully completed level three and maintained the delivery of levels one and two.

Whilst i had maintained my core domestic activities and duties i knew that, in terms of some of the specific development goals i had been set for this phase - for example, completing a facial course (to compliment the massage, manicure etc courses i completed earlier in the year), extend my Spanish knowledge further and sit a course, and make some soft furnishings etc for the flat had all not happened. Some of that was down to the distraction of the work that took place in the flat over the summer, but not all. i would have to wait to see how Owner would react to this failure on my part.

Well Owner has been exceedingly generous and forgiving and has graciously extended the period of the current phase of my development until the start of November to allow me time to still catch-up and implement the training i should have completed over the summer. i am extremely grateful to Her for giving me this extra opportunity to prove myself and have already made good use of some of this extra time by registering for two new courses. At the start of October i will be undertaking a one day facial beauty course (which again is accredited and so could count towards a beauty qualification alongside the massage and manicure/pedicure courses i did earlier this year) and i have also registered for a introduction to embroidery series of evening workshops - again starting in October. This latter will compliment the knitting classes and knowledge i acquired earlier this year and is being run by the same local venue. i am really thrilled at the prospect of doing some new courses and extremely grateful to Owner for having given me an 'extension' to prove myself capable of delivering the learning and development expected of me under this third phase of Her 'Plin, Plan,Plon' development programme for me to become Her perfect wife.

Completely Unacceptable

Regular readers of this blog will know that about eight months ago Owner put me on a training programme to develop into Her ideal wife. The programme consists of a series of phases and only after i have successfully completed one phase and demonstrated i can maintain the standard and change in behaviour She expects am i permitted to ‘advance’ to the next stage, Each new stage come with new expectations and demands of me whilst, obviously i am also expected to maintain the standards etc attained in the previous stage. Owner calls this development plan my ‘Plin, Plan, Plon’ and i am currently at stage 3.

So far, with the odd slight relapse or failing on my part, we have both been very pleased with my development. We both feel that i have improved significantly in this time period in my submission to Her and my evolution as Her ideal wife. We also recognise that this is an ongoing project and one that, at each stage, will further ratchet up the degree of my submission and push me further and harder to become an even better wife for Her. In the almost nine years we have been together (just under eight of which have been spent living a Female-Led relationship) it has been these past 8 months since the creation of Owners first ‘Plan’ that have seen my most marked development and improvement. It has been far more effective a training programme than i think either of us ever first imagined. What is more, i love how i have developed and want nothing more than to keep develop-ping further and further, to submit myself ever more deeply to Owner and continue to progress and evolve into the wife She deserves. Owner too has been equally pleased with how my submission to Her and transition into Her wife has progressed. In short, things had been going really well.

All this makes this next part really hard to understand. This weekend just gone all of that went wrong. Owner and i unfortunately had to spend the weekend in different countries due to family circumstances – and we both really hate being apart from one another. I said goodbye to Her Saturday morning and we weren’t reunited until the Monday afternoon. However, when we were reunited Owner was justifiably bitterly disappointed about how i had behaved in our absence. Specifically, i had;

• Left expired food in our fridge
• Allowed bread to go mouldy in the bread bin
• Had not emptied the bins before i left to visit my family
• Whilst away had consumed alcohol without having been given prior permission to do so by Owner
• Spent money buying a picture for the flat without either seeking Owners permission to spend money or consulting Her first about the picture
• Had not texted Her on the Sunday morning to request Her approval to wear the clothes i had got out to wear that day

i too was mortified that i had allowed things to go so completely wrong. Owner questioned whether i was actually committed or not to the Plan and to my development? i sought to reassure Her that indeed i was and have re-doubled my efforts this week to ensure i act and behave exactly as i should and as She should rightly expect me to. Although, this episode excepted, we have both been of the opinion that i had developed and improved a lot i had clearly become terribly complacent and had completely let Her down this weekend. i have a lot to do to demonstrate to Her that i am indeed completely serious, as i am, at wanting to develop and to behave and act exactly as expected as Her wife.

Owner is still deciding what the consequences of my actions (or lack of) will be. However, for me the worst consequence has already occurred, i have caused Her to question my commitment to developing as Her wife. This shames and mortifies me greatly. i know that my actions will speak more loudly than any words and so i just hope that i can prove and demonstrate to Owner that, although totally unacceptable, my behaviour was an aberration on an otherwise continually improving and developing path.

Back to the Cinema

Owner and i went to see a movie this evening. Nothing that unusual in that you might think. However, now as part of the current phase of my development as Her ideal wife Owner requires that whenever we go to the cinema or the theatre i must wear a skirt whilst we are there.

So, here i am about to go and watch 'The Double' - which incidentally we both enjoyed

A Difficult Week But Good Times Ahead

The past week has been a difficult one for Owner and i with two family deaths an a consequential rearrangement of our travel plans to Canada to attend a funeral. As a result neither of us have been quite our usual selves.

However, on a more positive front Owner handed in Her notice at Her current workplace and will be starting Her new job at the end of April. i am really thrilled for Her.

Today, Owner also provided me with the details of the next (3rd) phase of my development as Owner had adjudged that i had passed phase 2 of Her 'Plin, Plan Plon'. i am really excited as well as a little anxious as to whether i will be able to sustain my previous level of development whilst also successfully completing/learning the next set of skills and challenges Owner has set for me. My new development objectives - as set out in this 3rd phase of Owner Plin, Plan, Plon - are as follows;

Housework

•  Ensure all Owners clothes are hung/put away each day 
• Wife to check outside the front of the house for litter daily and tidy
• Wife to offer to book and arrange appointments for Owner
• Project:  research lounge refurbishment ideas - create portfolio
• Project:  reorganise all toys so that owner has preferred ones at hand
• At least 2 - 3 days p/w Owner gets breadless lunch to take to work
• Project:  organise Owner's wardrobe and keep tidy

Study/Skills

•  Prepare for Diplomas de Espanol como Lengua Extranjera (DELE)  level A1 exam
• Spanish reading - magazines/newspapers/books
• Spanish writing - one small written piece per week - 80 to 100 words
• Practice writing erotic short stories with the aim of publishing
• Learning how to do facial treatments
• Further knitting/sewing to create some clothing/home furnishings

Physical/Slut training

• Wearing unbuttoned blouses and remove knickers in the evening
• Learn to use Owner's preferred toys 
• Deep-throating practice once a week

General behaviour/Others

• Wife to create a spreadsheet and detail his expenditure each week
• Max. of 3 alcoholic drinks (if allowed) unless otherwise specified 
• Weekly exercise rota that must be complied with
• Wife to make labels (Naughty Poppet)* for his creations
• Wife to develop a scrap book of things he likes
• Unless instructed to relax wife always doing/finding something to do

The above are all to be demonstrated as having been achieved or built successfully into my everyday activities when Owner reviews this 3rd phase of the plan in August. i am, of course, expected to still maintain all other activities/learning developed under phases 1 and 2 and any other duties i have.

It is going to be a busy few months!

Tomorrow also marks the end of my two week no make-up punishment period. i really have missed not wearing any make-up at all and have felt quite under-dressed and so will be happy when, in the morning i can re-apply some slap again. Owner has stated that if i muck-up again it will be a longer period without make-up. i hope i have learnt my lesson and never need to b punished this way again.
